TeakLite Trace License (trace tool)

enable the decoding of data and program flow traces emitted
by a TeakLite core and captured off-chip by a trace probe.
Requires an AutoFocus II Preprocessor (for parrallel trace).
If you are adding this license to an existing trace preprocessor,
please add its serial number to your quotation request.
