StarCore Trace License (trace tool)

StarCore tace license applicable to a trace probe to
enable the decoding of data and program flow traces emitted
by an StarCore core and captured off-chip by a trace probe.
This license is not required for on-chip´traces
emitted by a StarCore .
Requires an AutoFocus II Preprocessor (for parrallel trace).
If you are adding this license to an existing trace preprocessor,
please add its serial number to your quotation request.
